For years now ROTTERDAMSCHE GLAS CENTRALE B.V. has been operating its 24-hour glass service, this means that we are available 365 days a year and 24 hours a day for carrying out temporary emergency measures following burglaries or other disasters. In order to provide an even better service to our customers our National service has now been extended to cover Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland.For years retail companies in particular have been using this service.
All reports are registered at our main office in Rotterdam; it is from this location that our colleagues are dispatched and the process is coordinated.
The main advantage of this is that everything is organised via one central location.

The colleague who is dispatched arrives at the address within the hour. He will fit a temporary emergency wooden or glass window and immediately takes measurements and notes about the type of glass it is. Whenever possible a new window is installed, the next working day following the report.
Due to our extensive stock it is possible to replace single float glass as well as laminated glass, and even bullet proof glass the following working day.
Insulating glass is replaced within 1 to 2 weeks, if necessary a temporary emergency window can be installed while the insulating glass is being produced. You can choose from single glass or a foil window, which is installed temporarily so that the exterior looks decent again.
National Cover
ROTTERDAMSCHE GLAS CENTRALE B.V. provides national cover for glass damage, also with a 24hour service. We are not only active in the Netherlands, but we also provide assistance to our customers in Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany and France. Various large retailers are also members of our national network.
